Membership Terms and Conditions

By signing up for a membership, you agree to the following:

1. Payment and Billing

Membership fees are billed on a recurring, monthly basis. Reminders are sent out 7 days prior to your next billing. Payments will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
You may cancel your Membership at any time through the online platform.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the cycle. All payments are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling and Rollover Policy

Weekly Memberships (Limited Rollover)

Sessions for weekly memberships may roll over to the next billing cycle if you are unable to attend due to illness, travel, or other valid reasons, as long as:

You notify the provider at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Rollovers are limited to a maximum of two sessions per billing cycle.
To ensure your progress stays on track, rolled-over sessions must be used within 30 days of the original billing cycle’s end. After this time, unused rolled-over sessions will expire.

Bi-Weekly Memberships (No Rollover)

Sessions for bi-weekly memberships are meant to be scheduled and used within the billing cycle to maintain the structure of the program. Missed sessions cannot roll over to the next cycle, so we encourage you to plan ahead to make the most of your membership.

3. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments without prior notice or with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session for that billing cycle. At our discretion we may choose to make occasional exceptions and allow late rescheduling for an emergency situation.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared during sessions is kept confidential, in compliance with applicable privacy laws. However, confidentiality may be waived under the following circumstances:
- As required by law or court order.
- If you disclose intent to harm yourself or others.
- If there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect.

5. General Acknowledgment

Membership services are wellness-oriented and do not replace medical care.
A detailed agreement outlining terms, conditions, scope of practice, and a privacy policy consistent with HIPAA where applicable, will be provided before your first session.

6. Messaging Between Sessions

Unlimited messaging is provided to allow clients to ask important questions that cannot wait until the next session. Examples include:

"I am about to run out of herbs—could you send a new prescription?"
"I just received my herbs in the mail but forgot the dosage you recommended."
"I just found out I'm pregnant! Should I stop taking the herbs or otherwise adjust my supplements?"

Messaging is not intended for frequent or non-urgent communication. For in-depth discussions or new concerns, please schedule a session.

I aim to respond to messages as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours during business hours. Please note that response times may vary due to time zone differences or other commitments.
